First chihuahuas, then the crowds

This is not an exact quote but it is the Tim Ferris story. Before he was famous & rich, he got a break to deliver a TED talk (before TedX and, when it was still a badge of honour.)

He moved in with a friend for a few days in the town where the talk was to be delivered and while his friend(s) were at work, he'd isolate himself in the garage to practice his speech.

His only company was his friend's pets - chihuahas - and he would practice in front of them.

Until he perfected the speech --- before he set foot on the TED stage.

It is just a reminder that, before success, there is usually a grind that you might not even be aware of. Keep practising.
